By using Boblox Bot, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users of the bot across all Discord servers where it is present.

User Conduct

Users of Boblox Bot must adhere to the following rules:

• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Do not exploit bugs or glitches in the bot
• Do not use automated scripts or macros to interact with the bot
• Do not attempt to manipulate the in-game economy through unfair means
• Do not harass other users through bot features
• Do not use the bot for spamming or disruptive behavior

Enforcement

Breaking the bot rules will result in consequences based on the severity of the violation:

• Minor violations may result in a warning
• Repeated violations may result in temporary restrictions
• Severe violations may result in a permanent ban from using the bot
• Extreme cases may be reported to Discord's Trust & Safety team

Virtual Currency and Items

All virtual currency ("bobux") and items in Boblox Bot have no real-world value and are provided for entertainment purposes only. The bot developer reserves the right to adjust balances, item properties, or economy mechanics at any time to maintain game balance.

Service Availability

Boblox Bot is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime or availability. The bot may experience downtime for maintenance or due to technical issues. The developer is not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by bot downtime.

Refund Policy on Lootboxes

For purchases related to lootboxes and in-game items:

• No refunds will be provided for purchases over $20
• No refunds will be provided for opened lootboxes
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
• Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of the bot developer
• Repeated refund requests may result in restrictions on future purchases

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Boblox Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
